Lead the information architecture and UX strategy to redesign video consumption on Comcast.net
The Challenge:
Redesign the existing Video channel on Comcast.net to increase video views which translates to revenue.
My Role:
- Presented the UX strategy to c-level executives and convinced them to implement it.
- Produced a secondary research document based on findings from Forrester, Pew, Nielsen and internal user research findings
- Created site maps, detailed wireframes, interaction behaviors and project briefs.
- Presented click though prototypes.
- Conducted guerrilla testing.
- Supported design, development and QA teams throughout the agile project lifecycle.
The Result:
The resulting site had a 13% increase in video views which directly led to an increase in revenue
